Humans tend to on the whole act and think inwardly when thinking about weight loss or anything else for that matter. We rationalize and justify our thoughts and beliefs based on our upbringing. Our first instinct is to look to blame someone or something else. Give this weight loss technique a go. You'll be suprised at the success rate people find with it. It's a funny thing but what happens when we notice others doing stuff wrong (even though we might do the exact same things) we tend to pass judgement. But when it's us we just ignore those exact things which we would criticise others for. I am sure you've sat watching as people walk through the mall and said to a friend or thought to yourself what on earth does she think she looks like, or she needs to lose weight. You have haven't you? Chances are other people are doing the very same thing to you, especially if you've put on a few extra pounds or wear inappropriate clothes for your body shape and size . But if you had a big butt or went out dressed in clothes totally inappropriate the chances are you would not even acknowledge it. Even if some one pointed out to you. I have a good friend who helps people style themselves and she told me that women just don't realise how they really look. Some who think they are fat aren't and there are others who just refuse to see it. If you get the chance to look in a 360 degree mirror and see the real you it will open your eyes to reality and probably shock you. No matter what we look like we don't judge oursleves we justify or rationalize. Trying this out of body weight loss technique will help you by realising that you are just like the people you've judged. It will make you think twice about how you dress, what you eat and how you care for your own body. What have you got to lose?
