Rapper Gucci Mane Locked Up

By: Judy Davidson

Most people don't like to think of Gucci Mane as being a top notch artist from the place that they call Sun Valley, GA. His manager has helped him come to terms with releasing as much quality music as possible. It is very disheartening that he has been locked up behind bars for over 3 years. Gucci Mane accidentally forgot to conduct his service to the city (as sentenced by a circuit court) which got him right back in jail.

Gucci also violated his probationary terms, which did not bode well for him in the courtroom. Despite the fact that he cannot record music in jail, he is still coming up with new material and new verses. In fact, one of his producers makes phone calls to Gucci Mane whenever he can to talk about new music. According to his producers, he is still busy at work and is working hard to perfect his craft.

It seems as though many decades have passed and he has improved his lyrics each year. A lot of individuals believe that he started out as a terrible musician because he didn't have lyrics that even made sense. At the present moment, most people understand that he has risen to fame because his lyrical talent is outstanding.

He comes up with some of the most clever rhymes in the rap game. His latest album called "The State versus Radric Davis" went on to sell one hundred thousand copies. Most people predicted that it would have sold more if he was not locked up. The reason that it would have went on to sell more copies is because he would have been able to tour and do interviews to help with promotion.

Despite the obvious fact that he tries to create songs for his neighborhood, Gucci always attempts to make classic songs for the radio. He constantly strives to keep it real and create songs that nearly anyone will love. Gucci Mane has been able to come out with awesome CD's and his grind in the street tape game has been great. A specific tape that most people love is called "Trap Tacular" because he did it with the late DJ Scream.

The reason that people love his mixed tapes so much is because they can be listened to anywhere online. Chances are good that if you like his tracks, then there are some that you cannot afford to go a day without hearing. What's in store for him in the future is getting out of his jail cell and coming out with a new project. This project will have a fourth quarter release date, but may get pushed back to 2011. Get excited for more music from his So Icy Entertainment label as well, because the artists on there are very talented as well.
