Avid Articles Author Terms of Service
1. If you submit an article to Avid Articles then you must either
be the original author of that article or you must have had the
exclusive right to identify yourself as the author transferred to you
if your article was written by a ghost writer.
2. It should be understood that we do not guarantee to accept any
material that you submit for publication in our directory. The
decision whether or not to accept any work that you submit is at our
sole discretion. If your article is published, we reserve the right
to remove any article at any time for any reason.
3. We may exercise the right to choose a more suitable category
for any of your articles if we disagree with the classification that
you have chosen.
4. By submitting your articles to Avid Articles, you agree to
allow us to:
publish your article on Avid Articles and any of its article directory partners
publish your article in RSS format for any other publishers or websites to syndicate
publish your article in any of our newsletters.
5. You accept that Avid Articles operates as a free service for
authors and publishers. You further understand that you will not be
paid for submitting your material to our sites and in addition you will
not be paid if and when your works are published. You will, however,
receive all credit due for your work and your resource box will be left
in place.
6. It should at all times be understood that you are not allowed to
include any affiliate links in the body of your articles. The correct
way to promote an affiliate program is to set up your own domain and
provide one or more links back to your domain in your author's resource
box. You may link from your own domain in any manner that you see fit.
7. Avid Articles reserves the right to publish your work wherever may
be deemed appropriate. You understand and agree that we may at any time
translate your article into different languages for other sites. Your
article will remain complete with your resource box.
8. We reserve the right to change the Terms Of Service at any time.
We will usually notify interested parties of changes via mailings or on
our blog.
9. You accept that we reserve the right to include advertisements on
pages with your articles.
Publisher Terms of Service
1. You must not remove the text "Article source: http://www.avidarticles.com/"
from any article that you choose to publish.
2. It is a condition of your membership that you must respect the copyright
of any author whose work you wish to publish. This obligation includes but is
not limited to a) the author's resource box b) any links that may be provided
by the author.
3. You may not alter, edit, or reword any part of any article that was not
written by you.
4. You are obliged to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users are able to
click on such links and arrive at the author's intended destination.
5. You understand that you must never use any article obtained from
Avid Articles in any form of "spam" or unsolicited mailing.
6. You agree that you will not publish any article on any site that
contains any form of hate, racially offensive, pornographic or other illegal
material.
7. You accept that you may never sell any article obtained from our directory
without written consent from the author. This restriction includes the selling
of articles individually or in a compilation.
Disclaimer
You agree that you will not hold Avid Articles liable for the accuracy of
any article on the site or on any of our partner sites. Avid Articles operates
purely as a market place for authors and publishers to meet. If you believe that
someone has stolen your original work, please contact us and we will remove the
article in question as soon as we are satisfied that your complaint is justified.
Avid Articles should not be seen to endorse any author, website or product
mentioned in any article that has not been written in an official capacity by a
member of the Avid Articles staff. No article published by Avid Articles is intended to
constitute legal, medical or any other type of advice. It should be understood
that the articles are intended for informational purposes only.
